My name is Alex and I’m a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor.
For or as long as I can remember, I have been interested in cars and motorbikes. There’s nothing better than getting out on the road with two wheels or four to release your stress levels.
As an ADI my overall aim is to promote safe and enjoyable learning by ensuring that progress is made on every lesson. This helps my Students to achieve their goals in the car and seeing you sucessful is what this job is about for me. I enjoy the challenge of nervous students and take pride in getting them through their fears to getting that pass.
I previously worked as a joiner and using the precise skills when making a beautiful cabinet, I have turned this into precise skills when teaching and found it very effective for making my Learners successful.
This year I became a Dad for the second time to my gorgeous little girl Diana who along with her sister Jessica keeps me on my toes. Don’t worry, I still ensure I get a good nights sleep before starting my day in the car.
I currently drive a Volcanic Orange Mini Cooper SD with a John Cooper Works kit. It’s 2 litre diesel 168bhp engine and the bright paint job ensures it stands out in a crowd.
